I rented with Oaklee when my son was a baby. The boiler kept breaking,there was damp upstairs and condensation on the windows leading to mould. The worst customer service. They will let anybody let your property and do not complete the relevant checks. Rude, abnoxious, unprofessional. Very poor service. Contacted them on numerous occations regarding repairs required to doors and windows that were there from day one and turns out 1 year later (still nothing done about the situation) that they didn't even contact the landlord to let them know of any problems.
