Training into the importance of customer service, hygine in a home ,organisation. Speak to the landlord to get the issue sorted
Agent fees was £170 for two application which was unnecessary As it was a joint application which should of cost £120 . Pat said these non refundable.

I have tried to view several properties with them but have been told that they are not being marketed any more. They could just delete the sold properties from their lists.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
