I have had a very bad experience with this Estate Agents. I was mislead regarding a property which an offer was accepted on and by over night this all changed. In all of my dealings with Des I have found her to be knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful. She always return calls and emails and from my perspective her work is always thorough.
As someone who has worked at director level for most of my life with all of the responsibilities of employment and team building I feel qualified to say
that it is my experience that Des represents your company very well indeed. One of the reasons I remain with Northwood.
In fairness my experience of the whole team at epsom is very positive, well done !

Our experience during the 6-month tenancy (4 Jan - 4 July 2016) was punctuated by financial challenges but we were able to cope due to the fact that the agents mentioned especially Zulekha (the direct contact person) facilitated the process for us to fulfil our financial commitments by seeking to understand the circumstances and making reasonable adjustments to ensure that the agent-tenancy relationship in view of the agreement was not unduly compromised. Conna played his part especially in the initial stages and was professionally friendly when coming to the house for various viewings prior to us leaving the property. Northwood Sutton via Zulekha facilitated the process for us to rent the property (our current place of residence) by providing a reference. Overall, the high standards (communication, inspections, end of tenancy requirements, etc.) upheld by Northwood Sutton through the practices of the 'said' agents must be commended. As tenants for over 20 years, your professionalism is striking and our learning and development in many aspects have been enhanced in view of future growth. Thanks again agents and by extension- Northwood Sutton for helping to write a memorable chapter in our experience.

What agent could do to change your mind?
We thought and still feel that £300 for referencing is a lot of money, especially since we have both only previously lived with parents and my partner is self employed (I am his accountant) so the only referencing completed for the £600 (total for both of us) was to my company and the credit checks which I am sure do not cost that much.

I just wanted to get in touch and give you some feedback on my experience with Northwood so far- our estate agent Sandy has been amazing. As a first time buyer this process is really daunting but Sandy has really taken the time to explain everything really clearly, has offered us valuable advice- and has been friendly, professional and gets back to any queries almost instantly. This is a very different experience to the other estate agents we have dealt with in this process so thought you should hear this positive feedback. Fingers crossed our purchase goes through but even if it doesn't we will certainly be recommending Northwood to our friends and family.
