This agency only cares about your money. I rented a property in Neptune Marina and the renting got delayed for 3 days because a professional cleaner was meant to be cleaning the flat before I moved in. The truth is when I moved in I had to clean all the flat by myself because it was really dirty.
I sent them an email complaining about how dirty the flat was and about some black gum that there was in the bath, expecting them to replace the gum, as it was quite disgusting. Abbey, one of the agents, said Simon would reply at his earliest convenience. He must be very busy, because after a year and a month I'm still waiting for his reply, so the gum was never replaced or my complains about how dirty the flat was.
Once I let them know I would leave the flat, I received a letter from Vanessa where she was asking me to leave the floor shining and bubbling. I found that quite funny, as they were asking me to leave the flat in a better condition than how I got it when I moved in. Even though, I cleaned it properly before checking out.
Now it's when the worst part comes, as when I checked out Vanessa came 20 minutes later from the scheduled appointment and complained about some stuff, including the black gum there was in the bath. Again, I mentioned her the email I had sent a year ago and was never handled by anyone. She complained because the black gum was extended. The checkout was more about arguing rather than checking the property.
After the checkout (on a Saturday), Vanessa said I'd receive an email on Monday where they'd include all the expenses to deduct from my deposit. I never received such email and I emailed her on Tuesday evening to ask what was happening. The email was never replied and I had to give them a call on Friday. She said Simon was managing the deposit and sent me to Simon. Simon said I'd receive a message by the end of the day with the costs. I never received any message and had to call them back on Monday afternoon. Simon said he would call me 45 minutes later but he never called me. So I called at 4.30pm and another guy answered the phone. This time he said he was very busy attending another customer and he would call me back within an hour. After an hour waiting, I called them back and the same guy answered the phone, this time he said Simon had already left and he would call me tomorrow. (This is real, it's really embarrassing how unprofessional they are). Finally, the following day (10 days after checking out the property), I called Simon and he said he would send me the email within an hour and I finally received it.
Please, don't get any of their properties or you'll have a nightmare to get your deposit back and to handle any problem during your tenancy agreement.

One word - AVOID!
Incredibly poor service - locked myself out of my rented property and called them for a spare key; the man who turned up (one of the Directors no less) was drunk, rude and unbelievably abusive but still expected me to pay �180 for the privilege. Tried disputing this with them since but they were not interested (nor remotely apologetic for the behaviour I endured) so I am now going through the Ombudsman. I've also been waiting for a broken light fitting to be fixed which hasn't worked since I moved in over a year ago! They don't return phone calls, ignore emails and repeatedly palm you off with apathetic excuses when you eventually do speak to someone! Incompetent is an understatement.
