What agent could do to change your mind?

If Newton Fallowell dealt with problems occurring in their \"managed properties\" within a reasonable timescale, and equally allowed a reasonable timescale for tenants to make any necessary adjustments (i.e. more than 7 days for relocating a business that they\'d said was fine when we took out the tenancy 14 months ago), and agreed to a reasonable amount of compensation for the disruption to life in a damaged house, and hadn\'t put our health at risk by making us move back in to a house with broken asbestos present, then I would consider using them again. But it\'s unlikely that they will ever change their ways.

No fees information available

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
