All the 5* reviews are from people who sold their properties for overpriced figures, course they're going to be happy. - If you're a renter this applies to you.
If I could give a lower rating I would.
I was renting a property since Nov 2019, I had complained about one window in the master bedroom since the viewing that there was a high volume of noise coming through and wind, as the panel was broken and wouldn't shut properly, this came under a concern to environmental health, you could smell the traffic and even hear customers order their pizza from dominoes across the road. I was informed this would be fixed on the day of viewing verbally by Jordan.
3 years on, taking my money, hundreds of e-mails later, nothing was done and that room had to be abandoned, so in other words I rented a 1 bedroom for the price of 2. I was led on by false hopes, saying "windows are ready we are sending someone" and nobody ever turned up. It was all a lie.
The shower didn't work for 3 years either, the water pressure was not right and nobody ever looked into it for me, cold showers for 3 years?
Just before Christmas this year going into 2023 a day after paying that months rent I received an unexpected notice to leave within 2 months, no answer to any reason why.
They didn't pay the remaining deposit and added unauthorised charges onto the account claiming for "damages in the house" which certainly is not comparable to the poor windows.
The most hilarious thing is, I drive past the house and the windows were installed 1 month after I left. Why was this not sorted for 3 years?
The landlord turned up to the property demanding rent for the last month (which I let them take £525 out of the £605 deposit anyway) he snatched my mothers phone out her hand and demanded my telephone number and kept calling me from withheld and harassing me and my family while they were trying to help me move my stuff. - I was harassed by constant quarterly visits that were targeted just to me, this was evident as I knew another tenant renting from these people. - landlord refused to put his issues in writing knowing that I could take that to the tribunal.

Do not rent from these people no matter how desperate you are, you will get ripped off and ignored as long as they take your money.
Now sit back and read the snide and unprofessional response I get followed by many others in the past.
Poorly managed organisation.

We have moved several times over the years but this time the process of selling and buying was made stressful by having to deal with a very difficult seller and their estate agent. Newton Fallowell Mansfield sold our old property within weeks ,their staff are very friendly and totally understanding of customer needs. We have to particularly mention Tracy,who did an outstanding job in dealing not just with our sale but also was there for us and supported us in dealing with a very difficult seller and their agent with regards our onward purchase. There were days where we were so stressed and didn't know where to turn but Tracy was so good at helping us to keep positive. We will be eternally grateful to her. This is thankfully our last move,but would say to anyone thinking of selling,go with these guys,you won't be disappointed!

I have moved several times in my life but I have to say that the experience of my partner and myself, whilst dealing with the purchase of our new house recently (March 2022), was one of the simplest of exercises imaginable as the result of the efforts of staff at the Mansfield branch of this firm.
From seeing the house in question advertised to the acceptance of our offer took just 2 days, including viewing and negotiating and removing the property concerned from the market.
Thanks must go to primarily to Tracey, who stood on her head to assist us in achieving something which had eluded us for 3 months. Thanks must also go to Jordan (the Manager), who was also involved in the process.
We really are very impressed with the service and assistance provided to us.
