David Wells and Josh Taylor did a great job for us as we sold a house while living overseas. The suggested price was great, hand holding by both was great, negotiation advice by Josh was great, and David was just shy of a few weeks early when he warned us how slow the real estate process is in... We had very little contact with the agents from start to finish. Once they had sold our house, we didn’t hear anything, so 6 weeks later I chased for a progress report. There was some activity during the push for a completion date but once we had exchanged and completed, we... Read Full Review

We purchased our home through Nevin and Wells and right from the very beginning, Paul was absolutely fantastic. He gave us brilliant advice around using a local solicitor, rather than a national company to get the sale through to beat the stamp duty (our estate agent handling the sale of our... Nevin & Wells rentals egham This estate agent is one of the worst rental estate agent you can ever use. What ever you do, never never rent from them. In all ways you can think of , they are out to take your money with no service what so ever during your tenancy. At your exit or end of tenancy ... Read Full Review

We have just completed on a sale with NEVIN and WELLS Estate Agents in Egham, Surrey. We have used other estate agents in previous years and can honestly say no other company has reached the standards of this one ! They are professional but with a great personal touch. We have found them to be... Read Full Review

We moved three weeks ago from Surrey to Essex. It was not a straight forward sale with small annoying problems that held us up, but David Wells helped and supported us at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Nevin and Wells and in particular David who retained a sense of professionalism and ... Read Full Review

We have just finished our third transaction with Nevin and Wells - they are easily the most honest and reliable agent we have come across in the local area. We originally bought our first home through Nevin and Wells back in 2011 - at this time they were helpful, informative and kept us up to speed ... Read Full Review

This agent is awful. She was threatening when we left the property and tried to keep as much of the deposit as she could. This agent is only interested in money and is rude. If you are looking to rent avoid this... Read Full Review

Nevin and Wright were excellent in marketing and selling my property after other agents had failed to sell it. Paul Nevin was instrumental in pushing the sale through and dealing with all the parties to get a quick completion done before Christmas. I would use them again, without hesitation, and... David Wells is a credit to Nevin & Wright. We bought our property from David 7 years ago, and was very impressed that he remembered our property when we called him to arrange a valuation 7 years on. He has certainly met our expectations, did not hound us for business when we said we were away... Read Full Review

When we moved in to the property there was a mice infestation in the shed, poor electrics, no working washing machine, tumble dryer or fridge, mould on the curtains, broken units, items left in the property, mould in the cupboards and a leaking toilet, despite being reassured that the property is... If the estate agent had resolved the issues. Would have been helpful if they had helped in finding myself and my son suitable accommodation whilst essential work was carried out on the property instead of charging us rent and allowing us to live out of a suitcase. Covering the costs of the effects that it had on us. Keeping us updated and informed when they suggested that they would. Abide by the legal obligations as set out in our tenancy! It takes nothing to ...... Apologise but only received an apology once after they gave a key to the property to an external company and entered without informing me or gaining permission!

When the property was rented out it was clear that for a management fee there was no overseeing of the property and no inspection. In the year that we were unfortunate enough to be clients of Nevin & Wright, we were lied to, accused of being rude, made to pay for plumbing repair that in no way should have been our responsibility. They are sly and do not reveal as to what you need to get yourself referenced for a property. Once they get the holding and referencing fees from you then their agent is nowhere to be seen and they do not give importance to you any more. They do have some nice properties on their portfolio but its ... Read Full Review
