AVOID!!! We went for their first viewing of the day and wanted to take the flat so we were told to give our details and we'd be sent an email with payment details for the deposit. The email didn't come so we called and were assured it's ours and they just needed to sort something ... Read Full Review

Mulholland has withdrawn 2 months rent from me this year - the landlord! - without any receipts for expenditure. I have also had to sue him on line, paid solicitor's fees and am still waiting for that payment. Do not trust his sweet ... Read Full Review

i had to pay 12 months management fees in advance whereas my previous estate agent requires them monthly for the same fee.

Do not trust that agency! Mulholland Propertie, don't want to return my deposit ,so currently case was reported to County Court Money Claims Centre. Always use only Letting Agency that have good ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
