I got the best service you could ever ask for. They took us to see houses and made some recommendations for areas with good school etc.They organised everything for us before we got here from SA. When we got here all was done and arranged and we could just move ... Read Full Review

As soon as we had given them the admin fee (which was exorbitant) and our deposit, three of the employees at the agent were incredibly rude, telling us we would not get into the property on time because of their mistake and shouting down the phone. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
