I read reviews of another estate in the area which were invaluable in helping me to avoid them. I hope to issue the same warning for others thinking of engaging with Minerva Homes. I found the individual concerned rude and unscrupulous. He was incredibly unprofessional, unpleasant and lied about the availability of the property.
I and my family have dealt with lots of estate agents over the years as land owners, landlords, purchasers, sellers and as a tenant. I thought there were some dreadful ones. But I can honestly say I have never dealt with anyone so thoroughly unpleasant and unprofessional in all my life, as I seek to rent while a property is purchased. Needless to say Minerva Homes will not be receiving business in either respect. Other reviewers helped me. I hope this helps others. A very troubling experience. Avoid like the plague.
There are only four reviews of this particular agent online - all five stars and on this website; and all from a good few years ago, which is somewhat suspicious in itself.

Worked with Jamie for selling my house. He got me a buyer within 3 weeks of putting the property on market. Due to some problem in property chain the sale fall through and the property had to go on market again. And Jamie got me 2nd buyer within 3 week of advertising second time!!! So pleased to... Jamie was very knowledgeable with the current property market. All his advice and forecasts ran true.
Was very helpful and went in my opinion above and beyond the call of duty when the property sale looked like it may be running into muddy water.
I can not rate Jamie and Minerva Homes highly enough.
I would use again in a heartbeat.
I am very happy with my choice.
