Absolutely useless. Dealt with many agents and these are the WORST for me. Extremely poor property management. Interested in the financial side of business and definitely do not check tenanted properties as and when they should. Tenant sourcing was poor too. Then they try to sell their eviction ... Absolutely useless. Dealt with many agents and these are the WORST for me. Extremely poor property management. Marc was punctual for appointments, courteous and considerate throughout our dealings. His approach was always professional, and he correctly identified the profile of buyer that would be interested in our property. The property was described well and accurately in his advertisements and attracted strong interest. He rapidly found a buyer and was helpful throughout the negotiation process and through to completion of the sale. I couldn't recommend him more strongly.

I regard the/your service as very good bordering on excellent. I currently work for BAE systems and have had my own business and I like to think I know a little bit about efficiency, courtesy, clarity of communications and professionalism. I am not an easy person to please but am very happy with the service you have provided me. It is just unfortunate I have been tied up with work and other affairs in the the Middle East and SE Asia precluding me from getting my desired property which I intend to do shortly . I have been in contact with many agents, not just in Margate. I believe your service is better and have recommended you to my colleagues.
