After giving our notice, a pipe burst in the concrete floor of our studio. They did nothing and their emergency plumber refused to respond. This agent managed to take over 3 weeks to fix a leaky pipe that was flooding my entire house. They are absolutely useless and are trying to accuse me of water damage despite myself reporting the issue no less than 10 times. I have documentary proof of all of this that I would be happy to ... What agent could do to change your mind?
Not repeatedly lied, refused to answer the phone, been completely uncontactable and refused to carry out any repair work. The first time I was in the office I heard them rudely talking about one of their female clients and I should have taken this as a clear warning sign. I wish I had, avoid at all costs!
Comments on Agent Fees
This agent is expensive and they do nothing, they do not have a working emergency out of hours calling number whilst I was there. I rang the number they listed to be told very rudely by an angry tradesman that he had not been paid for any work he had completed and asked me to tell Michael Joseph to unlist his number.

The agent was very helpful and she got me a viewing at the property the next day, i loved the property and the guy who showed me told me everything about the property i needed to know.
