Over a year after sacking this letting agent we are still clearing up the mess they left behind by recommending tenants without properly researching their suitability and financial standing. What agent could do to change your mind?
Didn't charge excess fees as some agents do (e.g. admin, cleaning, contract preparation and renewal). So overall pretty good

Trying to buy a property with this Estate Agency who are a local firm to Crowborough, I'm afraid to say that calls are not returned, when visiting for a second viewing the agent didn't know it was a second viewing and overall they are just very poor at communicating. Have now discovered that the 10% we have paid this agency has been for nothing, the tenant has left the property with garden looking like its not been touched in the year she has been there, a dirty greasy oven, dirty windows , and cracked paintwork. What agent could do to change your mind?
Been willing to help us a bit more, if they had checked property properly when tenant moved out and had problems put right instead of trying to save tenant money and protecting our rights.
