I bought a property as a cash buyer from the Runcorn branch. I have a full management contract with them since September 2015 and they are proving to be inefficient, unprofessional and their communication skills worse than useless. Very disappointed. A fantastic service from start to finish. They were quite happy to come out several times to take different photos as we wanted to change them.
