Tracey and the team have been absolutely fantastic! Cannot rate their help and support highly enough. After a terrible experience trying to buy from a different estate agent the team at Adam's have restored our confidence in estate agents. I bought a property as a cash buyer from the Runcorn branch. I have a full management contract with them since September 2015 and they are proving to be inefficient, unprofessional and their communication skills worse than useless. Very disappointed. I can compare them with my other agents in Kenilworth who have been acting for me for over 12 years and the difference is unbelievable - so much better than Michael Adams. As an ex-pat living in Spain it is extremely important that I have complete confidence in my agents. We are returning to the UK permanently imminently and I�m afraid I will be looking for another agent. Michael Adams in Runcorn are overpriced and do not offer a professional / efficient service.

The help I received from both Stephen and Tracy was excellent. I am not local to Runcorn and was selling my f ather's house. This meant I sometimes required them to do things for me, and found that nothing was too much trouble. I was constantly kept in touch with the progress of the sale and felt complete confidence in them - this was especially important to me, as I was not always able to visit the area regularly to check on progress. Any information requested by me was always provided immediately, either by e-mail or phone. I would not hesitate to recomment them - friendly, professional, but not pushy.

Well what can I say other than excellent in every way.
I tried selling my property via two other Agents in Runcorn both of which failed to even gain an offer on the property let alone sell it. I then decided to try Michael C Adams and from the minute I met Stephen at the house I started to kick myself as to why I hadnt chosen this Independent Agent in the first place.  Fantastic local knowledge, understood the area and gave great advice, combine this with Tracey who tentaciouly then proceeded to get viewings in the first week and a firm offer in week two and a full completed sale in just 6 weeks from when the board first went up. Unbelievable service, friendly and professional attitude, can absolutely recommend this Agent 100%. A pleasure to do business with.

A fantastic service from start to finish.
They were quite happy to come out several times to take different photos as we wanted to change them. They kept in touch and were always happy to answer any questions (including regarding our purchase) no matter how trivial. Once we sold the property (after about 9 weeks on the market) we were kept up to date with proceedings. The chain got a little complicated at times and when our solicitor wasn't able to provide us with information regarding others in the chain, we contacted Michael C. Adams who always went 'digging' and always came back the same day with some new information. They kept us completely up to date and were always chatty and polite. A brilliant service!
