Wish I could give a zero or a minus. My house was on the market and this shower of muppets made an offer on it which I unwittingly accepted. I have leased a property to Mears. They are making money by raising repair notices. They changed my boiler which was just 5 years old without my authorization/ knowledge and stopped the rent to cover the cost of installing the boiler. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
