Dealt with Max Colman- doesn't bother return calls. I would still buy from them (albeit i suspect the transaction would be arduous), but would never instruct them to sell for me- other agents seem much better- keen/responsive. Inherited business- say no ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Should have returned my calls- subject was nothing contentious. Mum and Dad should get someone else to take over the business or perhaps employ someone to manage their son!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
All complaints will initially be referred to the line Manager and where necessary to Joanne Wade, Managing Director. We have a complaint policy that will be followed and we will always endeavour to reach a satisfactory resolution. We sincerely hope we are able to resolve this promptly, however if you remain unsatisfied our redress scheme is The Property Ombudsman Scheme TPOS.
