These are an absolule joke, have had an ongoing problem with my propertly that they lease to an housing association since apr 15, i have lost count of the amout of people Sue molley has sent round and the problems still there.. my walls are damp and have had 3 people that she has sent round here... There was a court order against you to leave 2 months before lockdown for non payment of rent, but you have taken advantage and are still living rent free! indeed, you owe my client £9,000.00...

I agree with the previous review. This company, headed by John Yanni is a disaster. They never get back to you when you try to reach them. Updates are delayed by weeks. Budgets are never held and almost never explained/justified. If you try to ask for information you are often met by rude... Read Full Review


What agent could do to change your mind?

Reply quicker, friendlier, more customer focused and less attention on making money at every turn. Dont be greedy.


Comments on Agent Fees

Fees were not justified and were not explained when asked for details. Not transparency at all. When you ask what I actually get for the fee paid, they simply reply, its in the contract and you have to pay.

I would not recommend May and Co to anyone for block management services. Unfortunately we have experienced rude staff, who are unresponsive and unhelpful. The last straw for us was when we called the emergency line and were told that they would not treat our situation urgently despite the roof... Read Full Review

We resigned from your block. The circumstances you find yourselves in are unfortunately of your own making. Perhaps a little more communication between your fellow leaseholders would go a long way....
