From the very beginning, the process of letting my flat has been so simple. Charlotte has always made it less stressful; from the very first viewing, to the whole admin process. I have been here for just over a year now and it has been an absolute breeze. Nothing is a problem for Charlotte and she is always willing to help. From queries about my payments, to locking myself out. It is never a problem for her. The same goes for the rest of the team at Martin Flashman in Weybridge. I am a very happy tenant and I have certainly never experienced such a service before, when renting through various different estate agents. Highly recommended!

Terrible! DO NOT USE THEM!!! The most irresponsible letting agent EVER! Phoned on a few occasions about faulty electric meter and boilers, and all they said was, no that's not our resposibility! Refused to get the boiler properly fixed even thought it broke down 3 times in 4months time!!! The agent actually said this to us: "That is a fairly old boiler and we know that there have been problems with it since the last tenant, but there is nothing we can do about it, we just need to get it reset everytime when it stops working." SO WE ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE COLD SHOWERS EVERY 1.5months NOW IS IT!? And take days off work to stay in the flat and wait for the engineer to come because they only do 9-5 on mon to fri... (No hot water on christmas day, boxing day .. the full week of our holiday) Faulty electric meter got our bill to shoot 6times higher than previous month and they said that's not their problem. Never gave us any info about parking/parking permit when we moved in. Terrible staff attitude when we rang about our problems! Actually laughed out loud on the phone and said: ' sorry that's not my problem.' We are paying 900 per month with a flat with all kinds of problems and the letting agent won't even take any responsibilities towards any fault in the flat. Won't communicate with landlords to get problem fixed either even though that's what we asked for! SO NO! NEVER gonna go with Martin Flashman AGAIN! DISGUSTING COMPANY WITH DISGUSTING ATTITUDE! A letting agent that let you a flat with faulty boiler and meter! What's worse than that?

Having let a previous property from a private landlord in Cobham we had a brilliant 2 years with them. We then saw the bright lights of Martin Flashman Company and thought, these were going to be even better and shall have no issues along the way. Needless to say we were wrong. They supplied us with a property that hadn't been lived in for 4 years, and was cheaply renovated by the landlord. On initial inspection all looked well. However very soon after moving in we noticed a damp issue. To cut a long story short we have 2 young children, with damp black walls, ceilings in both their bedrooms. MF&C denied all knowledge of it existing because a fault with the property, blaming it on condensation. After 6 months the floor was so sodden that boards started to puff up and pull away, still they denied all knowledge, eventually I got the council (which meant they would have to do something about it) involved to rectify the bay window's foundations which had eroded over time. 2 years on we have now moved out due to the pure ignorance and unprofessional manner of everyone that I spoke to at MF & C. All in all if you are looking for a agency that has no regard for your safety, or your children s. We try and fob you of as best they can, however will take your money as soon as they get a chance. This is the company for you!!

I can't say nicer things about Steve at Martin Flashman & Co. Despite it being a slightly difficult sale with a few issues along the way, Steve was always highly professional and never left us out of the loop. He often went above and beyond - on one occasion doing the work that the sale agents further down the chain should have been doing - and we really felt that he was acting in both our and the sellers best interests. I couldn't recommend Steve or Martin Flashman more highly!
