A very bad letting agency that works in favour of the landlord only. They try to take all your deposit by the end of the tenancy and they deal with you in the worst way ever. Avoid hiring them! Avoid this place at all costs! The property we moved into was lovely although Martin&Co are a complete joke! We payed our rent in full every month when it was supposed to be payed and where good tenants. They promised to repair the back door which never happened also promised to clean round the ...
