Not only are Martin & Co the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with, period. We had rented over 15 years and these are by far the worst. Extremely unprofessional, they lost our inventory but luckily we save everything! They are not quick at sorting out your problems almost like they are scared to approach the landlord with your queries etc. We are so glad to be rid of them... Read Full Review

Absolutely awful company. GO WITH ANY OTHER ESTATE AGENT POSSIBLE. Before we even moved into the property we had to have home insurance that covered fixtures and fittings, no where would cover that because it's supposed to come under the landlords insurance, they then said this was company policy ...
