Awful. Just awful. Not only were they incredibly unhelpful in regards to things that got broken, but we also got told off when we repaired them ourselves. Terrible company, nothing but lies from them. They have with held rent, took over �650 from a bond which was owed to me for 3 months rent which wasn't paid and a further �1300 worth of damage to my property for a so called cancellation fee. I rented with Martin and Co for 2 years. The bathroom hot tap stopped working in June, we contacted them immediately, several times. 30 Nov 2016^^This^^ Being a tenant at Martin & Co is exactly like this. That's because they only have one person to look after every property. And they seem to have a rule Landlord is always right"....
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
