We decided to terminate our rental agreement 2 months early, and Martin and Co were excellent and professional, they returned all of our prepaid rent money in full on our last day of rental and also our full deposit was returned the following week. I would never use this company again. Customer service is non existent. My 70 year old wife was left without any hot wayer for 2 months along with a toilet that the system would not flush for over a month.They then increased her rent to make it unaffordable so she moved into a small dark...
