These are quite possibly the worst agents around. We were left without electricity for 3 days, hot water/ heating for 7 days and water for 2 days. These are quite possibly the worst agents around. We were left without electricity for 3 days, hot water/ heating for 7 days and water for 2 days. They said just go to your friends house then, then they tried to take 75% of our deposit when we moved out. They are very shifty. Always check their extra charges and photograph everything when you move in and out. This has been a very steep and expensive learning curve. They come round whenever they want for a surprise inspection. They are rude and do not answer any queries you have. I found the women there to be worse than the men, especially if you are a woman complaining. They treated me and my partner like we were prisoners with no rights. Do not use, you have been warned.
