My wife and I viewed a bungalow that Mansell McTaggart were dealing with in August 2021. We were shown around by Stephanie who was very nice and efficient. We had an offer accepted, we the started dealing with Jeremy who was also nice, efficient and very helpful. Unfortunately there were many problems caused by the vendor. They were both very helpful and managed to bring our purchase to a successful conclusion. We have nothing but praise for the way Mansell McTaggart handled the transaction.

It is easy to undersell the value of being supportive but that is the word I would use to describe the whole team.
When things were going smoothly they kept me apprised, when things were quiet they kept us apprised and when the first buyer dropped out they kept us apprised... when the sale was going through they kept us apprised.
But more than all of that they supported us, they talked to us, they got on the phone and fought for us!

When we first decided to put Our house on the market we chose Stephanie to market it for us as she was the most professional, respectful and knowledgeable person we met of the 3 other agents that visited.
We felt she understood exactly how to promote the house at a price we all agreed to and we were happy with.
The house has taken several months to sell but Stephanie was always positive and kept us informed at all times as to how views had gone. The feedback was very helpful.
Stephanie and all staff at Mansell MacTaggart have been committed to sell our house and we do not feel any other agents could have done any better.

Jeremy, Stephanie and Phil are an amazing team. We lost our initial buyer beginning of the year but Stephanie quickly took control of things and we sold again to the first person who viewed. Communication and reassurance was never lacking from any of the team, if one member of staff was of another would step in quickly to take the helm. We weren't lucky enough to find a property to buy at the same time as our sale, but will have no hesitation in going back to them for our purchase - hopefully soon!
