The team at Mann in Sutton have been formidable throughout. Unfortunately, after securing a buyer within a week, the opportunity was lost through no fault of the agency. They were relentless in re-marketing the property, finally securing another buyer. When the sale process was caught in the coronavirus delays, they supported us through it all despite reduced staffing levels, going above and beyond their allocated duties during this difficult time. In particular, the Sales Manager Charles has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, shown not only through his great efficiency but also through his confidence and moral support. Janene has also been invaluable in her support, liaising with the buyer and their solicitors before and during the coronavirus crisis, double checking that things were moving and, again, providing moral support. All in all, we cannot recommend them enough and wish to extend them our most heartfelt thanks.

I wanted to sell a 2-bed apartment in Sutton, recently refurbished. Charles Talbutt was the Mann agent who dealt with the sale. He was knowledgeable about the block and previous sales there. The purchaser was what I would call fussy and Charles dealt with him patiently. With me he was straightforward, gave me options with recommendations, was polite and personable. The sale went through after some negotiation on the price, less than the original asking price but more than the offer and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Initial meeting with Mann was disappointing for us in that they gave us an evaluation that was way below what we expected. However, it was clear that Charles had done his homework and by the time we were finished with the initial consultation it was evident that we had an unrealistic expectation of where the market was. So we were grateful for honest and correct advice. Hard to take but sometimes it's important for a truthful engagement rather than just being told what one wants to hear. We committed to Mann and their strategy and the follow up work was great - helpful and considerate. The sales activity from Chevali was also top class, qualifying prospective buyers/viewers and ensuring that our time was not wasted during the viewing days. Because of the buyer qualification, we were able to secure offers on the day and close the sale the next working day. I've sold my home using an online agency before and it worked well enough. However, this was definitely money well spent with the Mann Sutton team. Sold within days of listing and they worked continuously to ensure the sale process went smoothly. Top people with a great sales strategy and definitely worth your consideration.

After leaving a brilliant review earlier with the work Mann & Co, Sutton SM1 were doing for us it all went downhill once Chevali went on holiday.
After securing a buyer, sadly they pulled out as one of the investors couldn't proceed. We had verbal confirmation but the letter did not arrive until end of October - nearly 3 weeks after the buyer pulled out.
Back to the drawing board, Chevali was to arrange a couple of Open Houses but the first weekend did not materialise as their systems were down so they were unable to make contact with people. However the 2nd Open House the following weekend did not take place as Graeme & Tarek did nothing to make it happen. Tarek had one viewing on the Saturday.
Unlike the service we had been getting, on this occasion I had to chase for Feedback - so annoying and I told Tarek in no uncertain terms this was unacceptable.
Graeme then had a viewing but nothing came of it.
Graeme then spoke with my husband to advise that we would be having an Open House on 3rd November. I cancelled all the plans we had for the house with it being my husband's birthday. Chevali arrived back from holiday and when I spoke with her it turns out there was no Open House. I spoke with Graeme to ask about it - no it was not happening as Cheval I had been on holiday so neither he nor Tarek had bothered to do any work to make it happen.
By now we were staring to have a deja vu moment from the other estate agents.
I received a phone call from the photographer asking to visit on the Tuesday to re-take photographs to get new interest and it was agreed.
I then had an email from Graeme asking us to approve the new photographs. I called up but was told the photographer was not going back and Graeme had simply added 3 photos of 3 rooms already on there but at different angles!!
I then went online and found that the photos were already uploaded yet Graeme had only sent the email that morning and we had not approved anything.
Graeme's reply was they had uploaded automatically - clever photographs to do that without anybody pushing a button.
I told Graeme that Chevali is a bloody good worker and was getting all the viewings - his response was "that's what she is paid to do"
I feel that Graeme & Tarek have not given us the customer care we thought we would get. Chevali is an asset to Mann & Co and she deserves the recognition. I was so hoping we could sell our house with them so that she could get the sale under her belt but we are so disappointed with the attitude of the Management we have given notice to move elsewhere.

Having had a bad experience with Cubitt & West and Barnard Marcus we were pleasantly surprised when we moved to Mann & Co in Sutton. We signed on the Monday and had viewings on the Tuesday and continued to have viewings before the house went online. Chevali is an asset to Mann & Co - she is always on the go and working tirelessly, kept us to date with everything and was always in touch unlike the other estate agents. Chevali went the extra mile - even getting somebody to view our property at short notice when they were looking at another one. Chevali has restored my faith in Estate Agents and will go far in her career. You know you are in good hands with Mann & Co with Chevali watching your back.
