Chloe is a lovely girl, and helped us no end with getting into the house and as quickly as possible. She has been welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. If I could give this service a 0 star I would. The manager arranged to show us a property at 1.30 today. When I phoned up because he didn't arrive, the person on the phone couldn't even get hold of the manager. Apparently sometimes quote he doesn't even put his viewings in the diary. Then there was ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
