I found Macmillans, and Bridget Coleman in particular, very helpful and supportive throughout our tenancy. Calls were always promptly returned and they were very efficient and fair when sorting out check-out and deposit issues etc. They helped us a great deal in dealing with the landlord's... I found Macmillans, and Bridget Coleman in particular, very helpful and supportive throughout our tenancy. Calls were always promptly returned and they were very efficient and fair when sorting out check-out and deposit issues etc. They helped us a great deal in dealing with the landlord's managing agent who was a singularly unpleasant person.

I have been with this agency 3 months so far and I am very happy with the treatment I have recieved and the conditions of the flat I am renting. I rented a flat from MacMillans for 13 years in Maida Vale and found Bridget to be very helpful and efficient. The agent was a lot easier to deal with than the company managing the property and I often had to resort to seeking help from MacMillans when the managing agent did nothing. I would... They started the tennancy fine, but at the end they did not turn up for check out, no call, no apology, kept my deposit for way longer than they should, issued a cheque of money owed and then cancelled it, then reissued, disorganised, and ***** ***** was extremely officious and rude. These agents are complete sharks. One of our flatmates lost her jobs and wanted to move in with her flatmates, but they have completely refused to show any flexiblity in helping us find a replacement. These agents are complete sharks. One of our flatmates lost her jobs and wanted to move in with her flatmates, but they have completely refused to show any flexiblity in helping us find a replacement. Everything that they can do to make the situation more difficult for us, they will do. Their fees are horrific as well. I would strongly advise avoiding dealing with this agent
