I found Macmillans, and Bridget Coleman in particular, very helpful and supportive throughout our tenancy. I rented a flat from MacMillans for 13 years in Maida Vale and found Bridget to be very helpful and efficient. They started the tennancy fine, but at the end they did not turn up for check out, no call, no apology, kept my deposit for way longer than they should, issued a cheque of money owed and then cancelled it, then reissued, disorganised, and ***** ***** was extremely officious and rude. These agents are complete sharks. One of our flatmates lost her jobs and wanted to move in with her flatmates, but they have completely refused to show any flexiblity in helping us find a replacement.
