The worst ever. Don't just avoid - Run as far as you can from this scam artist
He had my property on a rent guarantee and he rented my house to a third party, who rented it to prostitutes.
Then he rented out my house and told me no one was living there ( ie he stole my rent), luckily my neighbour told me.
He the put some Chinese students in and had me drive from Wales with a new cooker, when in fact the tenants had broken the glass on the cooker. Apparently no deposit was taken...
Apparently, they ran of without paying a few months rent !
The last tenant who he put in there never paid rent on time and only paid in parts, and I ended up spending £30k in repairs, due to their negligence.
He was continually charging for repairs, even though I has everything redone when I bought the house.
Totally unprofessional, Mukesh is a clown.
