Maintenance issues are always sorted promptly and their customer service is excellent, both from our Property Manager Tracey and Geraldine in the office.

The team at Hadden Rankin were great letting agents - very understanding and helpful when any issues arose. Our Property Manager, Alan, was friendly and knowledgeable and was very quick to help out.
Our move-in and move-out processes were much smoother because of Alan and we felt like he cared about both the tenants and the landlord's wishes.

Received excellent service from the wonderful team in the company. They provided all of the details I needed and were very friendly and easy to talk to. We have recently rented a flat through Hidden Rankin and I can honestly say that working with Geraldine and her team has been seamless and effortless. We recently left a flat through another well known agency in Edinburgh and I have to say that so far the customer service shown by Geraldine and her team by far exceeds the experiences we had over the last 2.5 years with our previous agents.
