My experience with them was truly terrible, and even now 2 years after I first dealt with them, I am still suffering from my mistake of choosing them. DO NOT DO THE SAME.
I paid them to do a completely new roof in 2022 and now, my new property manager has sent me photos showing that they didn't actually do the scope of works I paid for. As such, I now have a four-figure bill to remedy leaks. I don't even know what I paid 10k for, because they would never send me photos or update me on what work was being done.
After I paid them for major renovations, they put 0 effort into finding me a tenant. The didn't include good photos (cropped portrait photos) and there were errors throughout the ad. They found a tenant and when I voiced that he was unsuitable, they essentially bullied me into accepting him as a tenant. They said they had done their due diligence on him.
Well actually, they hadn't, because he stopped paying rent after 2 weeks and began BREEDING DOGS in the house (which has no garden). I lost 6 months rent going through the eviction notice, which was made worse because he ended up in prison for assault during part of that time. I think the sales agent thought this guy was hot and that's why she begged me to let him move in.
When I finally was free of them, I had to pay for several cleanings and new carpets to get rid of the smell of dog urine. Now, I am having to pay for roof repairs.
It was a huge financial mistake going with Letting Complete. Do not make the same one. This wasn't one error, or one mistake, or one issue. This was systematic poor business management.
