My experience with Leo Newman has been 100% positive. Klaudia Warachowska has been FANTASTIC from A to Z. We moved out of our rental property with Leo Newman on 28 August 2023; we had to leave behind our outside table and chairs on the balcony because the balcony door had been fixed shut due to an outstanding repair (the repair was first reported in Nov/Dec 2022 and had not been resolved by the time we moved out...). We told Leo Newman at least two weeks in advance that we would require access to the balcony at the end of the tenancy to retrieve our possessions (table and chairs), but access was never been provided. We have since been asking Leo Newman to return our belongings or provide compensation for the purchase value of table and chairs; Leo Newman has now stopped responding to us. Happy to provide evidence.

Nicky has provided me with the most delightful experience during my six-month-long search for a flat! This was particularly comforting to me as a newcomer! The flat I secured through him is situated in an incredibly central and convenient location, and the price is quite reasonable as well. With his expertise and guidance as additional perks, the entire deal feels like a real bargain.
