We had a viewing arranged with Lenton Smith that was cancelled on the very day of the viewing. We were told we could view it the next day, but both of us were working and couldn't make it. The agent told us that he would send us a virtual tour video via WhatsApp that day.
He didn't.
I called this morning and was simply told, 'no, there's no video in the folder for that property.'
Awkward silence.
I asked if we can view it, they said 'Not this week as the current tenant is moving out, but if we are still doing viewings next week we'll get back to you.'
How much are we betting that they don't get back to us? It's so infuriating to have missed out on a property purely because of the disorganisation of a letting agency!
