On hold for over 4 minutes to view a house.
Had someone knock on my door to view as they were unable to get in touch with estate agent.
Manager was no help when I complained and did not do what she said she was going to do to resolve it.
A viewing was cancelled 2 days before but they decided to tell me 10 mins before they were due on the day.
Had people stood in my garden waiting for an agent as they were falsely told I wasn't doing my own viewings.
The list goes on!! Stay clear of this firm. U will not sell with these. Very bad service

I would not trust anyone from this company as far as I could throw them, they say one thing to your face whilst scheming behind your back. We found them to be very pushy and underhanded, especially Linda . There is no honour amongst these estate agents. Potential buyers beware they are only out for ... Read Full Review

I didn’t pay fees as I was a buyer however I lost money as they continued to take offers for a property that I had secured a mortgage for.

I tried a "traditional estate agent" initially. I won't name names but yellow and white are their colour and they were absolutely awful. Best decision I made to switch to leftmove. They are current, affordable, they move with the times unlike these "traditional agents". I kick myself not approaching this agent from the outset. My house sold within a reasonable time frame with next to no hassle. Thank you Leftmove

We used Leftmove to sell our home, and I found the service to be very sporadic. Including conflicting & incorrect information leading to confusion on what was happening. But whilst under offer for 9 months they totally Let us down by not working for us but for the purchasers, until the last week before the move the purchases sent all the contracts back and pulled out the sale. Ignore any positive reviews, I speak from personal experience don't chance it. No oppologies at all. Plus we're still waiting for information but had no call back since our request. That was our experience.
