What agent could do to change your mind?
Been truthfull about the floor damage. Provided deposit refund within terms of agreement.

I was misled by them, as shortly thereafter, I received a letter from the previous tenant telling me not to believe anything said about the floorboards that were damaged when she had moved in and were never repaired - I have left the property 8 months later and they are still not repaired!

During the letting process the agent told me that damage to floorboards was recent and scheduled for early repair. I was misled by them, as shortly thereafter, I received a letter from the previous tenant telling me not to believe anything said about the floorboards that were damaged when she had moved in and were never repaired - I have left the property 8 months later and they are still not repaired!
On leaving the property, it took 6 weeks to get any deposit back, despite their undertaking to return within 10 days, less any retention for items in dispute.
Overall, a pretty poor experience - proceed with caution!
