As a landlord of a number of years in Weybridge Leaders are by far the worst agents we have come across. We will never use them again. They had to be chased for everything. They do not do even what they contract to do. Avoid at all costs in my view. Their staff are completely... Read Full Review

Absolutely awful. Very nice when they want you to move in to the property but once you've signed the contract and paid your fees, they don't want to know. Left our front door unlocked for anybody to enter when doing viewings and when raising this with them, they weren't overly... Read Full Review

Steve took charge of our house purchase about 2/3 of the way through and did so to distinction, returning calls and finding out reasons for delay and ensuring things were resolved in the manner that was required. When I let Carole know that I had been transferred to Singapore, she went the extra mile to arrange handover, final inspection, liaison with the cleaners I appointed etc., etc., and made sure everything was attended to.
