We decided to sell our rental property and chose Leaders since they had been our rental agents. We had been happy with Leaders as a rental agency but it was a huge mistake using them to try to sell the property. They set the price unrealistically high, then progressively reduced it over months.... Read Full Review

We decided to sell our rental property and chose Leaders since they had been our rental agents. We had been happy with Leaders as a rental agency but it was a huge mistake using them to try to sell the property. They set the price unrealistically high, then progressively reduced it over months. They overly relied on online listing and failed to property. We had no offers in about 9 months. I don't think we even got any viewings. They pushed us to sign up for an annual contract with a legal services company, which was not appropriate for our needs at all. I don't think we even got any viewings. We fired them and switched to another agent - and we just sold with them. Note this experience was 2018-2019, things may have changed since then.

Due to the urgent nature of my requirement, the staff did all they could to get me moved in as quickly as possible. I was able to move in just over a week.

Leaders took over my existing current tenancy agreement last year, when they took over Hometrax Letting agency in Cranleigh. I therefore have no experience of their expertise in finding new tenants.
However the service Leaders Agency (predominantly Kylie Bishop) has given us so far has been very good, with immediate notification when problems have arisen. Kylie has also been very diligent in implementing repairs or replacements when necessary and keeping us up to date with progress whilst these have been carried out.
All in all no complaints!

As an "absentee" landlord (I am at present living in Australia) I have absolute confidence in Leaders Cranleigh Branch and their care of my house. I am kept completely "in the picture" regarding any matters concerning my property, eg change of tenant, by email. If I have any queries myself I send an email to Melanie Robin and receive a prompt and detailed response. I visit the UK a couple of times a year and make a point of visiting Leaders Cranleigh Branch, and each time the staff there recognise me and know my name.
