I cannot speak more highly of all of the staff at Langs Mutley office.
From start to finish I was very pleased with the brochure ,the professionalism and the hard work they all put in, in order to achieve a sale. I was kept informed at every stage of the proceedings and received regular e.mails from Melanie to
keep me in the picture.
I would recommend Langs to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property . I have sold several properties over the years and in
my opinion Langs is definitely the best.

I just had to write this review. Langs take your managment money. Don't phone back when they should. You have to keep on to them. Employ contractors that don't do the job properly. I considered a number of agents when I put my house on the market, and having chosen Lang and Co I am very pleased that I did so. One important aspect to selling a property is the attitude that the selling agent has as this will undoubtedly influence how it is viewed by prospective buyers. Lang and Co helped to present the property in a very positive light which was reflected by the prompt feedback reports which I received after each viewing. Overall their communication was very good and kept me in the picture during all phases of the selling process, including a nervous patch towards contract exchange. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lang and Co if you want to sell your house in the Plymouth area.

From the initial viewing with Melanie to completion, Lang & Co were faultless and professional. Our sale was protracted with two buyers falling through and it would have been easy for this to adversely affect the purchase but Jay kept both parties to this transaction on-side with his friendly, calm manner. His excellent local knowledge also went a long way in assisting to make the decision to buy. Whenever we contacted the office we were similarly impressed with the quality of service. We have bought and sold quite a few times over the years and this ranks as the best service we've experienced.

The sales team are exceptionally gifted in their comprehensive knowledge, skills and experiences in valuations and marketing. The photographs for marketing were immaculately presented and all descriptions were positive and articulate to enhance attention.
We have recommended Lang & Co to several friends who have all experienced the same level of exceptional customer service.

I found what is said to be one of the most stressful experiences that one can encounter, to be almost completely stress-free. It was obvious that all of the staff working in the estate agent's office did so as a very well organised team. They will consistently go the 'extra mile' to meet your expectations. The conveyancing process can be complicated as well as stressful. Lang and co always try to alleviate that pressure to make the whole process bearable, they may not always be able to resolve all the issues but it is not with the lack of trying on their part. Their customer service is spot on, probably 'old school' now, but that's what makes them unique and I like it.

Appalling from start until I sacked them, 6 months wasted on the market with them and no communication whatsoever. They couldn't have been more concerted or egotistical if they tried. No customer care at all, it was as if they were doing me a favour by putting my house on the market in the first place. Condescending is not the word for it. Never in my life have been so offended and totally disappointed in a firm. I would never use this firm or ever recommend them. Words cannot express my anger at them.

We had 5 estate agents to value our home, we were impressed with the extensive knowledge of the whole team and their willingness to assist us in finding a proceedable buyer quickly. Although we did not buy through Lang & Co they kept the whole process stress free, unlike the agent we bought through who was unhelpful and distinctly lacked the knowledge and expertise of Langs...we will always recommend the team at Lang & Co
