Decided to put my house with them Nov 2020. Bit slow before Xmas but had couple viewing. Picked up a bit late Jan. Their agent never seemed very enthusiastic when showing people around. Never turned up on viewing when they said they would. Turned up once without letting me know at 9:30 AM on a saturday morning! when i said everyone was still asleep he told me i must not be very bothered about selling my house! they never gave me any calls after viewings to let me know how it went. ...
