His advice was very helpful and during the sale process he kept us regularly updated - something that the other agents were not so good at. We would definitely use an independent agent again rather than a traditional high street one as we felt Simon was much more proactive with his marketing strategies. Always polite and professional, we would heartily recommend his services and would choose Simon if we were selling again in his area.
