Rude staff or sales agents, currently renting a property in Oxford that is now up for sale,no problem as we are currently looking to buy a property for in excess of 1 million,we pay 2500 a month at the moment rent and the staff told my wife they wanted to show people round on another Saturday, when the Saturday before we spent the whole day in my wife’s car driving around aimlessly as they wanted to show people around, when my wife explained that they couldn’t have access as our daughter was having a online piano exam and our dog wasn’t well ,the sales advisor reply was that we should leave for the day as it wasn’t our house and we were only letting!!!! They also show people around your house with their shoes on as we caught them twice on other visits, disgusting attitude and very amateur staff for a big company,I will not be viewing any property’s that knight frank have on their books for sale and would advise people to use a more professional estate agent!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
