we appointed them to sell our property in Queens Park. It was an awful experience and we would not recommend them. They put our house on the market at a completely inflated price out of sink with similar properties in our road. It meant that we were always behind the market. They were also hugely... We used the Qp Branch of Knight Frank in June of this year to sell our property. Their valuation was completely accurate. We were very impressed by the database of customers that they brought immediately to view and we had an offer on the table within 4 days of agreeing the contract. We felt they negotiated the best price and were continually available for queries and support through out the whole process. We would definitely use KF again in the future.
