A house in our dream location came up. I contacted Kingstead Hilton to place an offer before even seeing the property. I was asked to book a viewing, which I did. Arrived at the viewing and had to wait for the previous viewers to leave. I made it very clear that we would go to any length to acquire this property. Increased my bids seriously to almost the asking prices. Little communication from Kingstead and every time a woman phoned them I was told that 'anybody in the office would handle my calls' as if they really could t be bothered with the hassle. We wanted the property so much that we put our house on the market with the sole intention of buying their house; if our offer wasn't accepted the we would be withdrawing ours from the market. Today we log into rightmove to find it's sold. Had Kingstead the manners to call and tell us? NO. Old-fashioned, put-dated and just h professional.
