Excellent All round !
My family have been shown round several properties by Euan Makhecha in the Highgate area.
A lovely gentleman that took his time to explain about the area + the houses we visited, didn't rush us and was happy to answer any question and if he couldn't answer followed up with a call. He was very knowledgeable, good ethics and very diligent about his job which made us all at ease and no pressured sell of the properties we visited.
Hes a great credit to KFH, would certainly ask for him if looking at buy or selling properties...

We recently sold our flat through KFH Highgate. KFH dominate the area, and certainly get the majority of the best properties and sell the most. Their fees weren't the cheapest, but they were reasonable given the service you get with them.
Matthew, the sales manager, was very professional, a pleasure to deal with, and gave a good realistic valuation of the property.
Mark sold the flat for us, and was also excellent throughout the whole process. He was readily contactable, kept us informed, and really worked hard to ensure everything completed smoothly.
Overall, we were very happy with KFH. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

From the first 5 minutes of talking to Yainni I knew i was in safe hands, he understood exactly what i was after and straight away he sent me properties that fit my requirments. It's not often that you get someone who understands you straight away and sends you the right properties rather than properties that don't or are out of my budget. When i met him in the office for the first time he sat me down and went through everything for about 10 minutes along with his manager Khan who also was a great help. I have been to a lot of agents but no one has made it so quick, comfortable and straight to the point with ease as Yainni and Khan did. The pair of them were very professional made me feel comfortable and that i could trust them. Would recommend them both...... Top job.

We looked at one property with Dillen after a few months of searching and it wasn't right for us but in talking to Dillen as we were walking around he seemed to think he knew a property that would be right for us - the next day we viewed the property and he was right and we had a bid accepted within 48 hours. His approach was the right balance between being informative without trying to over-sell the property. The mortgage process was up and down as we had to go back and forth with the owners and Dillen was very proactive in trying to move things along for us as we were in a rush to exchange and complete.

We had a great experience buying a flat in Highgate. Dillen was great, very supportive and responsive and ensured that exchange and completion would take place as soon as possible. It was our first time buying in London and we were not sure how it would go but we were very lucky as everything was running as smooth as possible. Other colleagues (we mostly dealt with Richard Lowry and Shaun Cunningham when Dillen was not around) stepped in when Dillen was not available.

Shaun sold us the property in 2010 and then sold it for us last month above the asking price! I really can't say enough about how well they handled everything, including Matthew who I briefly dealt with as well. With the bad reputation agents in the UK can have I think they are prob one of the few trustworthy and sincere ones you can find. We never once felt pressured or harassed by them as we did with other agents after they did an initial valuation. Shaun found the perfect buyer on the first day that they got the listing and then went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly all the way through and helped coordinate some legal paperwork between the managing agent and solicitors while I was away in Canada. He put us at ease when we ran into this hiccup with some of the old paperwork not being in order with our flat and was in contact throughout, making himself easily reachable. If Shaun hadn't been as on the ball as he is or if he hadn't found such a committed buyer this could have fallen through. Their experience and advice was invaluable. I would not even consider any other agent in the area if I ever buy or sell in Highgate in the future. We are very grateful!

I cannot recommend KFH in Highgate highly enough, from the initial evaluation right the way through to completion they were nothing but helpful. I decided to go with KFH to sell my flat as they felt like the most honest and realistic agents, I got the price I wanted within 4 days.
I dealt with Shuan who was always a pleasure to deal with and kept you in the loop constantly even if it meant calling on his day off etc. He was also more than happy to offer advice on the property I was buying even though it was with another agent which was really helpful and much appreciated. As far as estate agents go I was pleasantly surprised to find that Shuan constantly liaised with the other agent involved and solicitors etc without me even asking. They really are incredibly efficient and know what they are doing.
Overall it was a nice surprise to find such a trustworthy agent who managed to keep my spirits high and take as much of the stress out of moving home as possible!
