David was a great agent to work with to find a house - he was very professional and really helped us find what we were looking for (rather than serving his own agenda by showing us properties we didn't want to see). He came across as upfront and reliable and felt like someone you could trust. He listened to our criteria and only suggested appropriate properties, and as a result we didn't hesitate to view a property that David suggested we might like. He also gave us good advice about all of the various matters we needed to take into account. He's a very good agent who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I was impressed with Nick and Simon from the start of the process. Simon was particularly helpful as we run into difficulty with details of the lease and some not very helpful solicitors. As I became frustrated and was ready to put the house back on the market he managed to get all the parties talking and we achieved completion!
Over 35 years of buying and selling at least 7 properties I have never written a "well done" letter or review but in this case Keatons and particularly Simon, deserve it. Many thanks.
