Shauna at K Property Cumbernauld has always been incredibly helpful and flexible. She works very hard and definitely goes the extra mile. When there have been challenges or issues Shauna has been there to work things through and find solutions. As well as being great to deal with she was a lovely person to meet face to face when I went in to collect the keys for the property I bought. Highly recommended estate agent to deal with and use.

Greats service from Lynn and Donna.
Turned around a property that had been poorly looked after by tenants in a short space of time. Managed all trades and secured an excellent replacement tenant within a short period of time.

We had quotes from all the agents in CumbernauldTown Center and also from Glasgow Estate agents. K Property were the cheapest and most easy to deal with. The home report was also arranged at a very competitive price.

Katrina arranged a free valuation, organised the home report and the marketing all as promised and when promised. From the house being on the market to viewings was within 36 hours. The house sold very quickly and achieved more than the home value report. I was recommended by a friend and I recommended them to our buyers - who also sold very quickly. An extremely customer focused service with zero stress. thank you. The best possible recommendation to those considering selling. Her price had no hidden costs and more than competitive.
