What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees were standard for the area at the time. They still seem high for the level of service received but would not have been cheaper with another agent.

John D Wood sold our house earlier this year. Most of their staff, while very pleasant, are young and inexperienced which means that when things go wrong they aren't really able to advise you. The manager Jonathan was also incredibly rude to almost everyone in the process when he got involved at the end, to the point that the other agents involved in the deal refused to deal with him.
Our sale fell through, and despite requests to act as quickly as possible they were amazingly slow to remarket as they seemed to be relying entirely on previously interested parties. This lost us valuable weeks.
When the sale did progress they appeared to have our buyers interests much more at heart than ours. I do understand this is where any repeat business will come from, and I'm sure they aren't alone, but it is very galling when you are paying someone's fee to feel they aren't acting for you.
