So many things have gone wrong with this flat that it’s ridiculous. Within the first two weeks, the washing machine broke, the dishwasher broke. Yesterday I had a swarm of ants and they tried to blame my housekeeping, which is impeccable. They saw an onion skin on the video I sent because I had discovered the ants when I went to sweep up after dinner. They had the temerity to blame my ant swarm on me! They have also did discriminated against me as a disabled person, filed a false police report against me, threatened to evict me illegally for having a service dog, sent me rude and threatening emails, I don’t even communicate with them anymore. I will only take calls from their attorney. This is the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with and that is saying something.
