Did not select their landlord carefully. As a result, we paid our deposit and first month rate and getting ready to move. Only to find out 4 days before the move date that the landlord does not have any legal right to enter the flat by our move date. Now we are completely homeless with no where to ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
