I sold my Lancaster property through JDG - they are good at promotion and sales, but awful as soon as an agreement is made to sell.
They repeatedly violated my rights, ignored messages, tried to breach agreements made in writing, threatened me when I insisted that the written agreements be kept to, then once the sale was done left a very rude answerphone message for me.
Frankly, they treat people like dirt and only care about their percentage. Sick, sad people.

Good communication from start to end... Things do not always run smoothly in house buying - that's life! - my buyer pulled out then there were other problems - nothing to do with the estate agent but for me it was how JDG dealt with it, kept me informed, were always at the end of the line,... Good communication from start to end...
Things do not always run smoothly in house buying - that's life! - my buyer pulled out then there were other problems - nothing to do with the estate agent but for me it was how JDG dealt with it, kept me informed, were always at the end of the line, open and honest. Louisa was wonderful, no complaints about JDG. Would use again.

Disgusting service, once challenged them over things that they said they would do, I got pathetic emails of the owner. Nonsense and childish behaviour. Then people where being told that we had decided not to sell the property. Went with houseclub, different league to JDG! JDG might have all the... Read Full Review

JDG might have all the appearance of a high class outfit but they don’t have any of the customer service to match it. Use someone else.
