Make sure you can gain access to meter cupboard, I was never given a key and Inspired have just said buy a universal key on line which I have done, purchased 6 none fit. Have asked numerous times for a key or to send me a photo of the key so that I can get one. consequently having problems with electric supplier now. They never respond.

Michael was fab from our initial meeting and we was sold on him the first time we met him. We felt what he said he could accheieve was not possible but he proved us wrong with a full asking price offer on our first day of viewings. The actual prosess then began and we found out owen sawford would be dealing with our sale, we was a little worried as we was sold on Michael but owen did for us what I would say was probably his hardest case to date. Owen was available anytime of day quite frequently answering emails late into the evening. Owen went above and beyond and through all of the problems remained positive and reassuring. He took a lot of the stress away from me dealing with our buyers who were not the easiest to work with and our vendors agents. He was a person i could talk too when my stress levels were through the roof. I can not thank the inspired team enough. Inspired from now will be my only choice of agent. And to work with owen again would be a pleasure (not sure he feels the same ). Thank you owen for all of your hard work and the rest of the team.

Buying a house can be a difficult and long winded process, however Stefan and Dean both made it a lot more bearable with their continuous checkpoints and updates.

Moving home is one of the most stressful events in life. We aim to make your experience as smooth as possible and, you received the highest standard of care from us. On the rare occasion when something has not gone to plan, we have put the following steps in place to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
Stage One
Branch Manager
All complaints should, in the first instance, be directed to the manager of the branch you have been dealing with. They will acknowledge your receipt of your complaint within 3 working days. They will endeavor to resolve your complaint as soon as possible, otherwise no later than five working days from when they received notification of the issue.
Stage Two
Customer Relations Manager

If you remain dissatisfied, you may then further your complaint in writing to The Customer Relations Manager. Where necessary, if the situation remains unresolved, we recommend that the issue is raised within one month of completing Stage 1.
Your escalation will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and The Customer Relations Manager will try and resolve any issues raised as promptly as possible. A written final viewpoint response to summarise any investigations and steps taken will be sent within fifteen working days.

You must make your complaint to The Property Ombudsman within 12 months of the date of our Final Viewpoint letter
The Property Ombudsman will not consider your complaint until our internal complaint’s procedure has been exhausted and you have received our Final Viewpoint letter
The Property Ombudsman recommends paying any outstanding fees on a ‘without prejudice’ basis to avoid late payment charges and/or further action
